Brief Description

Lead, disciple, mentor, recruit and develop a worship ministry and team of volunteers in a spoke campus both muscially and spiritually. Preparation through prayer, thought, and intention for weekly worship gatherings and special events of ministry. Oversee and partner with campus pastor regarding worship ministry needs, including scheduling, recruiting, training, performance management and shepherding all the worship employees and/or volunteers.

Scope Of Role

Oversee 1-2 employees and/or 30-50 volunteers (worship team)

Essential

Roles & Responsibilities , Included But Not Limited To

• Fulfill the role of Worship Leader at the weekend services at specific Harvest campuses
• Provides the necessary leadership to help manage and organize worship services
• Lead and rehearse a band with excellence
• Schedule worship teams (staff and volunteers) for assigned events and needs
• Recruit, manage, equip and unify staff and volunteers;
  Provide coaching for skill development and spiritual growth;
  Rehearse a band with excellence
• Provide on-site coaching and feedback to instrumentalists and vocalists
• Manage and maintain stage presentation
• Relationally and pastorally active, connecting and caring for volunteers, and building teams
• Prepare tracks and volunteer resources for the weekend services, in collaboration with all Worship Ministry
• Coordinate and resource worship for internal/external events at the campus (including kids, student, and young adult ministry)
• Relationally and pastorally active, connecting and caring for volunteers, and building teams
• Actively involved and participate in the community events (e.g. growth groups, campus events, training nights, community outreach, etc.)
• Oversee set up and preparation at the campus in high demand seasons as required (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Summer Camps, and Special Events, etc.)
• Work with campus staff to provide leadership when other staff members are away

• Desire to grow in discipleship, serving, equipping, learning and leading
• Personal and growing relationship with Jesus and a humble, servant-minded attitude
• Ability to explain “What Harvest Bible Chapel Believes”
• Ability to pray with other employee’s, guest and attenders of the church
• Be an active, engaged and accountable in the congregation life at Harvest Bible Chapel

Skills/Knowledge Required

• Strong instrumental and vocal ability
• Intermediate ability to lead and organize
• Strong relational connections
• Strong communication skills to provide empathy and clarity
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to identify and train other to grow and carry out the mission
• Team player and contributor to overall vision, goals and ministries of Harvest
• Intermediate knowledge of music software, Abelton Live (AL and Planning Center Online (PCO), Pro Presenter, Google Suite and/or Apple Suite
• Basic knowledge of audio and lighting systems

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Worship or Music preferred
• 2 years of working leading experience

Salary Range Information

$48,000-$58,800
