starting base $300,000 / year
- plus up to 100k/yr in bonuses for # of deliveries, plus 16k/yr in patient satisfaction scores
2-4 patients per hour
32 hours a week in the clinic, 4 hours a week in Surgery
-call ranges depending on the clinic from 1:3 to minimum 7 days a month.
-some clinics are brand new and growing and some established with NPs, OB/GYNs and CNMs.
-hours: 8-4p with 1 day 8a-8p, 4 day work weeks
-working in Rush, Northwestern and Advocate hospitals
