• Deliver high-quality outpatient primary care in accordance with specialty certification and organizational policies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives
  , population health management
  , and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and training to clinical support staff including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
• Participate in on-call coverage and inpatient rounding (as applicable).
• Maintain productivity standards and engage in ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and directives.

• DEA Certificate

Salary Range: $219,300 – $280,000+ (based on experience)
