Position Summary
Join the Midwest’s premier power equipment and landscape supply dealer! Russo Power is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our online sales team and deliver exceptional service to our customers!
Responsibilities & Duties- Assist customers via phone, text, email and our online selling platforms; eBay and Amazon
- Process orders, returns, and shipping inquiries
- Provide accurate product, pricing and availability information
- Build strong customer relationships
- Deliver friendly, professional, solution‑focused service
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Abilities
- Must possess good general computer skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, professional attitude, and reliable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer interactions
- Ability to handle phone calls and emails effectively
- Strong problem solving and multi‑tasking skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience (REQUIRED)
- Microsoft product knowledge
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time
- Continually spend long periods of time looking at a computer screen
- Flexible, family‑friendly schedule (Monday‑Friday closing at 4pm, rotating Saturdays closing at 12PM)
