We are a modern coworking and wellness studio designed for working parents—combining workspace, onsite childcare, youth programming, and wellness services under one roof. Our environment is calm, professional, and community-centered.

We’re looking for a Community & Operations Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our space and the steady hand that keeps daily operations running smoothly.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, warm, and confident managing people, schedules, and logistics. You’ll support members, families, and guests while ensuring the front desk and shared spaces operate efficiently.

  • Welcome members, clients, and families at the front desk
  • Conduct tours for prospective coworking members
  • Manage bookings and scheduling systems
  • Handle childcare check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer basic pricing and membership questions clearly and professionally
  • Set up and break down rooms for events, classes, and meetings
  • Monitor shared spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Identify and elevate issues to leadership when needed
  • Support a positive, calm, and professional community atmosphere

Who You Are

  • Calm, friendly, and confident in a people-facing role
  • Highly organized and able to multitask without feeling overwhelmed
  • Comfortable following systems and procedures
  • Clear communicator who knows when to elevate issues
  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred Experience

  • Hospitality, coworking, childcare center, gym, spa, or front-desk experience
  • Experience working with families or members in a shared space
  • Familiarity with booking or scheduling software (a plus, not required)

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time: 20–25 hours per week to start

Weekday shifts with occasional event coverage

Hourly pay, based on experience

Paid training provided before working independently

Calm, supportive work environment

Opportunity to grow with an expanding studio

Meaningful interaction with members and families
