We’re looking for a Community & Operations Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our space and the steady hand that keeps daily operations running smoothly.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, warm, and confident managing people, schedules, and logistics. You’ll support members, families, and guests while ensuring the front desk and shared spaces operate efficiently.
You do not need to know everything on day one—paid training is provided before working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members, clients, and families at the front desk
- Conduct tours for prospective coworking members
- Manage bookings and scheduling systems
- Handle childcare check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer basic pricing and membership questions clearly and professionally
- Set up and break down rooms for events, classes, and meetings
- Monitor shared spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Identify and elevate issues to leadership when needed
- Support a positive, calm, and professional community atmosphere
Who You Are
- Calm, friendly, and confident in a people-facing role
- Highly organized and able to multitask without feeling overwhelmed
- Comfortable following systems and procedures
- Clear communicator who knows when to elevate issues
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred Experience
- Hospitality, coworking, childcare center, gym, spa, or front-desk experience
- Experience working with families or members in a shared space
- Familiarity with booking or scheduling software (a plus, not required)
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week to start
Weekday shifts with occasional event coverage
Hourly pay, based on experience
Paid training provided before working independently
