Responsibilities / Responsabilidades- Provide customer service and sales oriented support in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment.
- Engage with diverse clients and assist with inquiries related to coverage and services.
- Support team objectives with a positive, proactive approach.
- Bilingual Spanish - English
- Computer skills
- Ability to interact with diverse clients
- Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to solve problems
- Flexible schedule to work Monday through Saturday
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
