** About the Customer Service Representative Role
** As a
** Customer Service Representative (CSR)
** at Waste Connections, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring safety and service excellence for our drivers and our communities.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
* Process customer requests including new service setup, service changes, and service discontinuations.
* Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates.
* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to determine service needs and resolve issues.
* Provide safe, cost‑effective, environmentally responsible solutions to customer service concerns.## ##
** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 2+ years of high‑volume customer service experience
*** Proficiency with
** Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*** Strong
** verbal and written communication skills
*** A proactive mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction
* Ability to problem‑solve and work in a fast‑paced environment## ##
