About the Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Waste Connections, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring safety and service excellence for our drivers and our communities.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.

* Process customer requests including new service setup, service changes, and service discontinuations.

* Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates.

* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to determine service needs and resolve issues.

* Provide safe, cost‑effective, environmentally responsible solutions to customer service concerns.

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of high‑volume customer service experience

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* A proactive mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction

* Ability to problem‑solve and work in a fast‑paced environment
