We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging content that communicates our brand, products, and values across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to create compelling graphics that support our business objectives.

• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics and ads, and advertisements.
• Develop visual concepts and layouts in line with HARTING’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials.
• Support the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and animations, as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.

• HARTING s Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.
• Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location).
• This role is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus.
• 21 days PTO (Paid Time Off) to start – quickly earn more PTO as you stick with us (36 days max).

• Company-sponsored life, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability – at no cost to employee.
