Manpower Scheduling Coordinator

Quickly moving into other industries, we are a fast-paced and agile company looking for a best-in-class Manpower Scheduling Coordinator willing to roll up their sleeves and exude a passion for the field.

Overview

Manpower Scheduling Coordinator position at MKD Electric with a focus on safety, project coordination, and workforce management.

Responsibilities
  • Drive MKD safety culture
  • Assist project managers with project setup and closeout activities
  • Prepare and maintain project budgets, including tracking updates and generating financial reports
  • Create, review, and distribute client invoices
  • Coordinate and communicate manpower moves on a day to day basis
  • Work with temp staffing agencies to secure additional manpower
  • Communicate with project managers on upcoming work to forecast schedule
  • Complete weekly per diem workbook
  • Set up training for team members for upcoming sites (licensing, MSHA, TRMA)
  • Track missed time, vacation requests, daily declarations
  • Send out weekly updates for upcoming jobs to the other departments
  • Be able to contact outside of normal work hours
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid government Issued Driver’s License
  • Proof of Work Authorization
  • Strong attendance history/ dependability
  • Be able to work under stress well
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft suite with an emphasis on Excel
  • Plan/organize work
  • Ability to work/adapt to many different personalities in the company
  • Multi-tasking
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Communicate technical information
  • Work independently within teamwork based culture

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
