The MFG Maintenance Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Elgin, SC. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and supporting plant operations by maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. The role will also require timely communication with team members to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair, especially in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to work on‑site and address mechanical or technical challenges promptly
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training are a plus
