The Role

We have an exciting opportunity in our Elgin 1 Factory Team to be trained as a Machine Setter on a permanent, full-time basis. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply.

• Be present for first runs and to ensure that machinery is switched on, operational and maintained for use.
• To identify the priorities from the Packing plan and set the machinery and line components to accurate specifications.
• Carry out cleaning as per cleaning schedule to maintain high hygiene standards.

• The ideal candidate will have experience within a food production environment, however, onsite training will be provided.
• Team player.
• Good eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work well as part of a team and individually.
• Proactive and physically fit.
