As a Master Technician, you know cars inside and out. You're the expert when challenges arise—troubleshooting issues, making precise repairs, and ensuring top-quality work. More than just fixing cars, you set the standard, support your team, and keep the shop running smoothly.

Day-to-day duties

Performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
Providing technical guidance and training to team members
Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
Keeping up to date with technological advancements and best practices
Collaborating with management to improve workshop efficiency

What we’re looking for:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Master Technician certification (or equivalent experience)
Strong diagnostic skills – you can pinpoint issues quickly and accurately
Leadership skills – you’re happy to share your knowledge and mentor junior techs
Great attention to detail – because every job should be done right the first time
A proactive, can-do attitude – you’re always looking for ways to improve
A full UK driving licence
