Visitor Centre Assistant

Brightwork are excited to be recruiting for temporary ongoing Visitor Centre Assistant to join Glen Moray Distillery in Elgin.

Representing our client, their brands, and products, the successful candidate will conduct informative and engaging daily distillery tours to visitors, deliver tastings from the bar, and assist guests throughout their visit. The Visitor Centre also has a retail area and a busy coffee shop where staff will assist with front‑of‑house duties including taking customer orders, serving food and drink, and general housekeeping.

• Have excellent communication skills and be outgoing and friendly.
• Fluency in a second language would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Have a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Be flexible and able to commit to working between Monday and Saturday with varying hours.

Experience with in hospitality/luxury customer service environments is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Please note that, due to the nature of our client's business and licensing laws, candidates must be aged 18 or over to be considered for this role.
