Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Pathologist located in Elba, AL. The Speech Pathologist will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing patient care plans, implementing therapy techniques tailored to clients  needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and monitoring patients  progress to modify treatment as needed. Additionally, the Speech Pathologist will ensure accurate documentation of care procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Dysphagia
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
  • Strong knowledge in techniques and methods related to speech and language development
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Active licensure or certification as required by state and professional regulations
  • Experience working with individuals with complex medical and rehabilitative needs is a plus
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
