Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert service, preventative maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems in residential settings. You will use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure optimal system performance and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Service and repair HVAC systems: analyze system issues, prepare cost estimates and customer recommendations, maintain truck inventory and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: complete diagnostic troubleshooting and plan work procedures.
- Conduct maintenance and repair: perform regular system checks, preventive maintenance, complete repairs and offer recommendations.
- Customer interaction: deliver excellent service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Safety and compliance: follow safety standards and regulations.
- Documentation: keep accurate records of services and parts used.
- High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC technician.
- Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication.
- Physical stamina to work in confined spaces, at heights, and various conditions.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 USD
Hourly Pay + Unlimited Commission earning potential.
