K ’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. An active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.

• Enforcing and monitoring security procedures
• Ensures compliance with all aspects of the government and company security policies and procedures related to physical access to buildings, room, couriers, clearances, packages, documentation and debriefings.
• May conduct security briefings and maintain security education programs
• Investigates losses and security violations; may recommend corrective action.
• Maintains liaison with outside agencies and keeps upper management informed of all security activities.
• Assists in revision of procedures manuals.
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.
• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Standard

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
• Able to apply technical expertise, and may have knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Work is performed under limited direction.
• Exercises latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
• Completed work may be reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective, for desired results.
• No formal supervisory responsibility.
