Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial office location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access;
Monitor entrances, alarms, and/or CCTV when assigned, observe for unusual conditions, and document observations and incidents according to site requirements;
Complete routine reports and shift logs, communicate post orders and status updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or property management, and support access control procedures for keys, badges, and/or visitor check-in
