We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our retail investment sales team. Our proven agent development model offers significant earning potential within a collaborative environment.
Compensation and EmploymentThis is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits.

- New business development via client outreach, including cold calls (60+ calls per day), meetings, and attendance at industry events
- Advising clients on achieving their investment real estate goals pertaining to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Preparing analyses of clients' properties, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparables, and research
- Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
- Prospecting new client relationships and networking with other industry professionals
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and Purchase & Sales Agreements
- Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops
- National Platform – Our public company has 85+ offices and 1,800+ investment brokers, with a proprietary listing program (MNET) that gives agents access to all active listings.
- Training & Mentorship Programs – Structured, industry-leading training tailored to individual experience levels, with support from senior agents and managers.
