The Opportunity
IMPEX Technologies is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will work directly with Account Executives to identify, engage, and qualify new accounts, while also helping move existing deals forward. This is a hybrid, revenue critical role that supports active sales opportunities while also driving new pipeline through targeted prospecting and meeting booking.
This is not a passive administrative role. You’ll own pipeline hygiene, execute quotes, coordinate with vendors, follow up with customers, and accelerate deals. The position is revenue-facing and for someone who wants hands-on experience in both prospecting and deal execution, learns quickly, and is pursuing a clear path to an Account Executive role.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early career professional who is motivated, dependable, and ready to work hard in a performance driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support and Deal Execution
- Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle from qualification to close
- Manage quoting workflows including vendor pricing requests, deal registrations, and approvals
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors such as Dell, Nutanix, VMware, and others
- Maintain accurate CRM data including notes, next steps, and close dates
- Track renewals, contracts, and key milestones to prevent revenue leakage
- Assist with proposals, order processing, and deal documentation
- Follow up persistently to keep deals moving
Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and Linked In
- Research accounts and contacts for effective outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Support account based campaigns and event follow ups
- Log activity and outcomes accurately in CRM
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or one to three years of relevant experience
- Hardworking and self motivated. You take initiative and finish what you start.
- Strong team player who communicates well and supports others
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and customer conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and grow in enterprise technology sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, VAR, MSP, or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Interest in growing into an Account Executive role
