Sales Development Professional

Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the signs and graphics industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, excellent at building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
• Conduct client meetings to assess signage and graphic needs
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project success
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the signs, graphics, printing, or related industry
• Strong understanding of visual communication products and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 yearly
