Your Mission:As our Customer Lifecycle Manager, you'll own and elevate our email and SMS strategies while also stepping into a broader role of building a community of loyal customers. You'll be the architect of the customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint—from SMS campaigns to social media alignment—reflects our brand’s voice and long-term vision.
What You’ll Do:- Drive email and SMS revenue for our hair, and new home products and skincare lines, but also go beyond: shape the entire lifecycle strategy.
- Segment and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
- A/B test subject lines, copy, offers, creative, and send times
- Track performance (open rates, CTR, CVR, revenue) and adjust based on data
- Run surveys and build feedback loops to learn what our audience wants—new products, content, or formats
- Collaborate with social media teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and engaging across all platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding what our audience truly wants and using those insights to influence product and content strategy.
- Oversee and guide a social media specialist, ensuring that email, SMS, and social efforts are all aligned for a cohesive customer journey.
- Have 3+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing and a strong grasp of customer lifecycle management. Experience in beauty or e-commerce is a plus.
- Are not just a marketer but a strategist who can see the big picture and drive long-term engagement.
- Can lead cross-channel initiatives, working with both marketing and product teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Know Klaviyo or similar platforms inside and out
- Understand consumer psychology and what drives clicks and purchases
- Are obsessed with metrics and test everything
