Meaningful Beauty is seeking an experienced, strategic Brand Manager to own portfolio strategy and brand positioning for our Hair and Body lines.
Founded over 20 years ago by Cindy Crawford with the goal of making effective beauty solutions more accessible, Meaningful Beauty is a beauty brand built on proven products, thoughtful systems, and long-term consumer trust.
This role is responsible for shaping how the Hair and Body portfolio is positioned, planned, and represented across the organization. As part of the Content Strategy organization, Brand Management plays a central role in connecting portfolio strategy, storytelling, and execution from the very beginning of the process.
This is a highly visible role for a brand operator who understands how strong positioning shows up in real work and who is comfortable being deeply involved in planning, briefing, and approvals to ensure brand strategy is clear, intentional, and consistently represented.

As Brand Manager, you will help define how these portfolios show up in the world and how they evolve over time. You will play a critical role in shaping launches, guiding creative work, and ensuring that what we bring to market reflects the trust, credibility, and clarity the Meaningful Beauty brand is known for.
What You Will Do Portfolio Strategy and Brand Positioning- Own portfolio strategy and brand positioning for Meaningful Beauty’s Hair and Body lines, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency across consumer touchpoints.
- Define and evolve positioning frameworks, key messages, and value propositions in partnership with Content Strategy, Product, and Marketing leadership.
- Act as the steward of the Hair and Body brands, ensuring strategic intent is maintained across content, creative, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead brand planning inputs for Hair and Body product launches, including positioning, launch narratives, and strategic priorities.
- Partner closely with Product, Content, and cross-functional teams to stay informed on launch timelines and ensure brand strategy is reflected throughout development.
- Ensure launches are clearly briefed, well-aligned, and grounded in intentional brand positioning.
- Develop and contribute to strategic briefs that guide content, creative, and campaign development.
- Be consistently present in planning meetings, reviews, and approval processes to represent and uphold brand strategy.
- Identify gaps or misalignment early and help teams course-correct before execution.
- Partner closely with Content, Acquisition, Social, PR, E-Commerce, and Product teams to ensure brand strategy is embedded in execution.
- Translate portfolio strategy into clear guidance that teams can act on across channels and formats.
- Serve as a point of continuity as work moves from strategy through execution.
- Stay closely connected to how Hair and Body products and stories are resonating in market through collaboration with internal partners.
- Use learnings to inform future positioning, launch strategies, and portfolio evolution.
- A brand management professional with 7+ years of experience, ideally within a beauty, skincare, haircare, or consumer lifestyle brand.
- Proven experience owning brand positioning and contributing meaningfully to product launches within an established brand environment.
- Highly skilled in developing clear, compelling decks and strategic briefs, with the ability to articulate brand strategy visually and verbally to a range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level, moving seamlessly from positioning frameworks to briefs, decks, and approvals.
- Highly accountable and ownership-driven, with a strong track record of taking full responsibility for brand outcomes and results.
