Material Handler
What You Will Do
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, dollies, carts and other manual/electric lift equipment
- Utilize scanners and other handheld scanning devices
- Utilize company computer to take company offered online training
- Navigate online material movement systems to monitor work queues and receive work directions
- Communicate with customers and internal teammates including logistics dispatcher via phone and/or email
- High School Diploma or GED
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance after day one. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Previous Forklift Operator experience
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to push or pull up to 40lbs
The hourly range for this role is $21.31 to $35.23. The hourly range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.
-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm - El Segundo, California. This is an onsite position.
