Overview
Boeing is seeking a Space Assembler to support the Space Mission Systems Operations team in El Segundo, CA. This role will directly support the manufacturing build of space electronics.
This position is 100% onsite at one of the listed location options. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Top Secret Security Clearance; interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Applications for this position will be accepted until Feb. 21, 2026.
Position Responsibilities- Perform incidental related duties as assigned or required
- Assemble by soldering components on space qualified PWBs, slices, units and super-units
- Make interconnects by soldering point to point or by building wire harnesses using qualified soldering, crimping and splicing techniques
- Clean equipment and work areas as required
- Perform rework of the same nature and level of difficulty as described
- Experience in an electronics assembly production environment
- Ability to use manual fine motor skills or similar hands-on work
- Previous certification to NASA STDs and/or IPC J-STD-001

Additional InformationThis is an hourly position governed by the CMM&IC 721. New employees, as well as employees who transfer from non-union positions, will be considered on probation for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of their most recent employment.
