- Develop and implement manufacturing processes.
- Define production activities and resolve problems of limited scope.
- Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies, developing solutions to reduce/mitigate.
- Reviews and approves technical documents.
- Analyze charging trends and develop projected staffing forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation and justification for major seseorang capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Lead projects and participate in research on proposed projects.

- Compile and provide management status reports for corrective/preventative actions.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes across organizations.

- Develop staffing plans.
- Coordinate and.decorators justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Provide project leadership to multiple disciplines.
- Lead long‑range research on proposed projects.
- Serve as primary interface with external customers.
- Identify customer contract requirements.
- Develop and implement actionable plans across organizations.
- Provide status to internal and external oyuncular customers.
- More than 3 years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
- More than 3 years of experience as technician, assembler, installer, plumber, or electrician.
- More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/support environment.
- More than 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- More than 3 years of experience using computer systems for office and shop applications.
- Active U.S. Security Clearance.
• 100% onsite required.

1st shift.
• May require travel up to 15% of the time.
• Clearance:
Requires ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Top Secret).
• Export control compliance: U.S. Person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, etc.).

2): $96,900 – $131,100 USD;
Experienced (Level
3): $119,000 – $161,000 USD.
