• Develop and implement manufacturing processes.
• Define production activities and resolve problems of limited scope.
• Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies, developing solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Reviews and approves technical documents.
• Analyze charging trends and develop projected staffing forecasts.
• Assist with the preparation and justification for major seseorang capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Lead projects and participate in research on proposed projects.

• Translate data into actionable plans for implementation within the organization.
• Compile and provide management status reports for corrective/preventative actions.

• Monitor activities and support the resolution of complex production‑related issues.

• Provide project leadership to multiple disciplines.

• Identify customer contract requirements.
• Develop and implement actionable plans across organizations.
• Provide status to internal and external oyuncular customers.

• More than 3 years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• More than 3 years of experience as technician, assembler, installer, plumber, or electrician.
• More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/support environment.
• More than 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• More than 3 years of experience using computer systems for office and shop applications.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance.

• 100% onsite required.

Schedule:

1st shift.

• May require travel up to 15% of the time.

• Clearance:
Requires ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Top Secret).

• Export control compliance: U.S. Person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, etc.).

2): $96,900 – $131,100 USD;
Experienced (Level
3): $119,000 – $161,000 USD.
