Overview

Senior Property Manager - dynamic Industrial portfolio. This onsite role will oversee the day-to-day management of a blended 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles. The Property Manager works in an independent environment with support from an Assistant Property Manager and a Property Coordinator.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. RealREPP LLC is assisting with the recruitment for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly property financial reports (accruals and variance reports) and CAM reconciliations.

• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts; monitor operating expenses.

• Coordinate and ensure accuracy of budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations for the Asset Manager.

• Maintain strong communication with tenants and internal teams; provide high-level customer service.

• Support apartment/property operations and be comfortable working in an onsite, independent environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Real Estate License (required)

• 5 years of experience in commercial property management; industrial experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of financial terms and principals of property management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations

• Experience preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and operating expense estimates

• Experience preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Software experience in MRI, Avid Xchange, Salesforce, and MS Office
