The Senior Facility Manager is accountable for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan that delights our clients and ensures healthy long‑term relationships. This role anticipates client needs and delivers results that outperform key performance indicators within contracts while building financial plans to exceed revenue and profitability targets. You’ll create and manage high‑performing teams that deliver operational excellence, keep employees engaged and thriving, and work alongside JLL leadership to understand firm strategy and translate it into business opportunities.

The position is responsible for FM delivery services, overseeing engineering and vendor management issues, and partnering with EHS teams across the designated region in the United States.

What your day‑to‑day will look like
  • Establish open lines of communication to build trust and provide transparent information exchanges, serving as the regional face of the team to manage client expectations.
  • Build collaborative relationships with site teams, vendors, and clients while working with JLL account and client leadership to establish vision and strategy alignment.
  • Drive annual plans to deliver high‑quality results that exceed client expectations and become a reference for best‑in‑class service delivery.
  • Recognize opportunities for account growth, articulate value propositions, and ensure implementation across the platform.
  • Build and manage high‑performing teams, conduct thorough assessments of direct reports, and utilize data to develop trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Drive regional KPIs, financial metrics, and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while managing portfolio financials to meet or exceed growth and profitability plans.
  • Advance diversity and inclusion priorities through strategic talent moves, provide coaching to elevate performance, and execute staff succession and growth plans.
  • Travel to and visit regional locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management or related Commercial Real Estate function.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team with both technical and administrative staff.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work without direct supervision while planning and managing work under time constraints.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to supervise vendor performance and manage personnel team development.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff development and succession planning.
  • US citizenship is required for this position due to government contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA degree or equivalent advanced business education.
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Knowledge of Excel and demonstrated ability to analyze data for business insights.
  • Experience in revenue growth and business expansion within existing client relationships.

Position is onsite in El Segundo, CA.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:  –  USD per year.
