Associate Attorney

We’re working with a client seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a well-established, exclusive background in employment law defense and litigation. This role involves employment law compliance documents, wage and hour audits, employee handbooks, and defending employment claims, including required experience representing school districts. Knowledge of class and PAGA matters is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required, and experience with public entity defense is a plus.

Candidates must be members of the California State Bar in good standing and demonstrate strong research, analytical, negotiating, and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to case management.
