Senior Labor and Employment Attorney

Job Summary

We are recruiting a Senior Attorney with 6+ years experience in wage and hour class and representative actions to manage a team of attorneys from lawsuit inception to trial or settlement. Candidates will lead in California state and federal courts, oversee discovery, pleadings, motions, and advising clients.

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys and support staff on wage and hour class actions and representative actions.
• Conduct case strategy, research, and trial preparation.
• Oversee discovery, discovery management, and motion practice.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders about case status and strategy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in wage and hour class actions and representative actions.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with California state and federal procedural law.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year.
• Bonus potential: $50,000 – $100,000+ annually.
