This role offers a hybrid work schedule
, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong employment law experience and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent employers in employment law matters, including:
  • Wrongful termination
  • Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
  • Wage & hour disputes
  • Leave of absence and accommodation issues
  • Handle cases from inception through resolution, including:
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Provide day-to-day employment counseling to employer clients
  • Work collaboratively with partners and litigation teams
  • Maintain clear and professional client communication
Qualifications
  • Active and good-standing member of the California State Bar
  • Experience practicing employment law (defense experience preferred)
  • Strong litigation and legal writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently
  • Professional demeanor with strong client-service skills
Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
