Were looking for a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of civil litigation experience who is ready to bring their advocacy skills to education law as well as civil tort litigation. Here, your work wont just be legal, it will be life-changing.

$150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters.
• Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances.
• Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches that align with each clients unique goals.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact.

What Were Looking For (Qualifications)

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum five years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• A client-first mindset and a passion for justice and advocacy.

Compensation:

$150,000-$200,000 depending on experience
