Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution, analysis, and reporting
• At least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities
• Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, and implementing Performance Strategies
• Strong expertise in load testing tools such as HP Performance Center, JMeter, CA Wily Introscope, and APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk
• Knowledge of performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts across components like network, database, app development, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.
• Experience in Middleware, Web Services, and MQ Performance testing

• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field can be considered for each year of education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT
