Role Description
We are seeking a full-time
Recruitment and Personnel Coordinator
to support firm-wide hiring efforts while also serving as a key point of contact for internal personnel coordination and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a
highly motivated, energetic, and people-oriented individual
who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships.
The position will be
heavily focused on recruitment and hiring
, particularly during periods of active growth. During slower hiring cycles, the role will shift toward supporting internal personnel needs, employee relationships, onboarding, and office culture initiatives. This is a highly visible role that works closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and staff.
Salary Range and Benefits
$55k–$65k/year

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Focus):
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting logistics for attorneys, legal staff, intake, and administrative roles
- Manage job postings across platforms and assist with drafting and updating job descriptions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews with partners, attorneys, and staff, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain organized recruitment records, candidate tracking, and documentation
- Support leadership with hiring timelines, interview feedback collection, and offer coordination
Personnel & Internal Support (Secondary Focus):
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination, including internal documentation and employee setup
- Serve as a point of contact for internal personnel questions and coordination needs
- Support internal relationships, employee engagement, and firm culture initiatives
- Help maintain organized internal records related to personnel and office administration
- Collaborate with operations and leadership on internal process improvements
- Assist with special projects related to firm growth, culture, and internal operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administration, or talent support (law firm or professional services environment preferred)
- Highly motivated, energetic, and proactive personality with strong people skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, responsive, and relationship-driven communication style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and staff at all levels
- Proficiency with common recruiting and office tools (ATS, job boards, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms a plus)
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
