HR Generalist (Strategic HR Partner)
El Segundo, CA – Full Time – Onsite

Base pay range: $70k – $80k / yr

Location:

El Segundo, CA

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Payroll:
    • Process bi-monthly payroll for ~300 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
    • Manage time and attendance tracking.
    • Audit and reconcile payroll records.
    • Maintain wage and hour compliance.
  • Recruitment & Talent Support:
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment across U.S. offices.
    • Source, screen, interview candidates.
    • Support workforce planning and cost analysis.
  • Leaves of Absence & Workers' Compensation:
    • Administer all LOA programs (FMLA, CFRA, medical, parental, personal).
    • Manage Workers' Compensation claims.
    • Ensure compliance with state & federal leave regulations.
  • General HR Operations:
    • Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
    • Partner on performance reviews, policy adherence, employee relations.
    • Participate in initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field).
  • 3-5 years progressive HR experience focused on payroll, recruiting, leave management.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of California and multi-state employment laws.
  • Experience supporting international or global organization a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative team setting.
