• Own the patient experience from check-in to follow-up
• Nail every lab draw, injection, and specialty test with precision
• Support clinicians during exams and procedures
• Keep rooms stocked, compliant, and running like a machine
• Manage scheduling, EMRs, insurance quirks, and lab communication
• Educate patients, answer questions, and keep everyone in the loop
• Coordinate memberships, labs, refills, referrals—everything that keeps care moving

• 2+ years in a clinical or medical admin role
• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience, preferred
• EMR fluency and comfort with multi-tasking across systems
• Strong communication and even stronger attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive info with absolute professionalism
• A calm, confident presence—especially when things get busy
