Full-Time Power & Project Finance Analyst Program: The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform. The program provides Analysts with foundational knowledge, skills, and hands-on transaction experiences to support a professional career in capital markets.
Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g., Credit, Legal), team members, and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle. The Power & Project Finance Group is a specialized team with a proven record of structuring and executing financing solutions for owners of power generation assets and power-related infrastructure across the United States. The team provides construction and term debt, acquisition financing, revolving credit facilities, and letters of credit for projects in the solar, wind, natural gas-fired, energy storage, geothermal, hydroelectric, and transmission sectors.
The team’s deep experience is complemented by the full product suite of Zions Capital Markets, enabling all essential roles of syndicated project financing, including loan syndications, administrative agency services, and interest rate hedging. Typical project financing transactions range from $50 million to over $500 million.
Zions Capital Markets has offices throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale.

- Completed BA/BS degree in Business or Finance, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 1 start date.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or above, 3.5 preferred.
- Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortability working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors.
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary of $90,000 annually.
