Staff Accountant

A growing, sophisticated asset management firm in El Segundo is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Staff Accountant to join its high-performing finance team. If you love clean reconciliations, smooth workflows, and keeping a balance sheet tight enough to impress any Controller — this is your role.

• Own Accounts Payable
  : process invoices, review expense submissions, and ensure accuracy from approval to payment.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts with precision.
• Manage and optimize Concur for expenses, workflows, and policy compliance.
• Support general ledger activity, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Assist with vendor management, treasury processes, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Partner with the Finance team to streamline processes and enhance internal controls.

• 2–4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong AP background with a knack for getting the details right.
• Solid experience with bank reconciliations and GL support.
• Hands-on experience using Concur (required).
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
