Senior Project Management Specialist (Level
5) – Electronics Program Management team, El Segundo, CA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post‑Start is required.

• Responsible for cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for high‑reliability electronic unit special test equipment (STE) development and delivery.
• Develop and maintain Earned Value baselines and status to plan.
• Define required resources from space electronics engineering, operations, and supplier management to build cross‑functional unit‑level teams necessary to execute electronic units STE design, development, and delivery to operations and test engineering.
• Develop and manage, in collaboration with STE Engineering, STE hardware and software schedules to meet unit production requirements.
• Manage STE Capital and Program direct funded projects cost and schedule.
• Perform STE sell‑offs, project close‑out, and document lessons learned for incorporation into future project plans and unit hardware roadmaps.

• 3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results.
• 1+ year of experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS.
• 1+ year of experience performing in a leadership role.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Experience working with military or space electronics.
• Experience in creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment, and resource requirements.

Summary pay range: $156,400 – $211,600.
