• Gain exposure to current engineering processes and established tools and procedures, while helping to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present a demonstration showcasing innovative Digital Engineering techniques that enhance process efficiency.
• Develop digital engineering techniques and artifacts to support Systems Engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with other Sustainment IPT teams to support process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting transition of systems from acquisition to sustainment by engaging Program IPT stakeholders to support Technical Baseline management and other key project objectives.
• Work proactively in a small team environment where individual initiative contributions are highly valued.

Selected interns for this paid opportunity will be provided with the opportunity to mentor with experienced professionals, gain experience and establish a name for themselves in this high demand career field.

• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in a technical field (Bachelor’s, Graduate’s or PhD); must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong desire to learn and absorb new information
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 1-semester summer co-op/internship. Strong work ethics and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Industry certification(s) relating to your academic field
• Industry certification relating to your work
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Able to return for a subsequent internship/co-op for the following year.

Hours:

Average 40 hours per week, 10 weeks in duration during the period of Summer 2026

• Must pass a Security Pre-Screen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
