As a Cryptographic Solutions Software Engineering Lead, you’ll guide a high‑performing team responsible for developing secure embedded software that will be reviewed and validated by the NSA. You’ll have a critical voice from the initial pursuit phase through development, release, and long‑term sustainment—ensuring technical excellence while managing cost and schedule.

• Optimize Staffing and Program Management:
  Manage staffing levels across multiple programs to ensure alignment with project schedules and resource requirements. Utilize Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) methodologies to monitor and enhance program performance and profitability.
• Ensure Compliance and Process Adherence:
  Uphold Collins' standards and procedures, ensuring all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring, task delegation, and cross-functional collaboration in a technical development environment.
• Experience in program execution, including bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management.
