SUMMARY

Russell is currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Twin Implementation Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in deploying and managing digital twin solutions to optimize infrastructure, operations, and project lifecycle management. This role requires expertise in integrating digital twin technologies with existing systems, ensuring seamless implementation, and delivering actionable insights through advanced data visualization and simulation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the implementation of digital twin technologies for infrastructure, building systems, and other projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics for digital twin applications.
  • Design and deploy digital twin frameworks that integrate 3D models, IoT data, and other digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain digital models, ensuring they are updated to reflect real-world conditions and project progress.
  • Integrate digital twin systems with Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and other relevant platforms.
  • Perform simulations, scenario testing, and predictive analytics using digital twin tools to improve decision‑making and project outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external clients on the use of digital twin technologies.
  • Monitor the performance of digital twin implementations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital twin innovation.
  • Perform work in a safe manner and actively encourage others to do the same.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital twin implementation, BIM, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in digital twin platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes 3

    DEXPERIENCE, or similar tools.
  • Experience with IoT integration, data analytics, and cloud‑based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and GIS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in digital twin environments is a plus.
  • Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or aviation projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and green building practices.
  • Certification in digital twin technologies, BIM, or related disciplines.

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; explosives; and risk of radiation.
