Network Technician

Loop is scaling fast and we’re looking for an experienced Network Technician to help power the next phase of our nationwide charging expansion. You’ll be the hands‑on expert ensuring that our smart charging stations stay connected, configured, and performing at their best.

• Commission and configure Loop EV charging stations, routers, antennas, and connectivity systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and connectivity issues (Tier 2 support).
• Execute firmware updates (in‑field and OTA) and document commissioning results.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Field Ops to validate new firmware and network deployments.
• Support multi‑site installations and manage SIM activations, data usage, and connectivity performance.

• Prior EV‑charging experience is required (EVSE commissioning, networking, or telecom integration).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OCPP, and common network configurations.
• Hands‑on experience with routers, switches, access points, and Ethernet/coax cabling.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate cross‑functionally with technical teams.
• Knowledge of Linux OS is a plus.
