Overview
Support the execution of TCC’s Tech Hubs subaward by leading and coordinating a team of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to implement a micro-pathway focused on industry-aligned skills in the Autonomous Systems Industry. Monitor project activities, ensure compliance with grantor and institutional guidelines, and track participant progress toward credential attainment and employment. Serve all learners and provide structured work-based learning through micro-internships and real-world, employer-designed assessments.
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to implement a workforce-aligned stackable credential program in support of the Autonomous Systems Industry. Engage with employer and industry partners in developing and maintaining relevant work-based learning experiences such as micro-internships and project-based assessments. Manage project scope, budget tracking, and financial reporting in collaboration with Grant Accounting. Monitor project performance metrics and submit reports in compliance with grantor and institutional deadlines.
Track and report participant progress, including enrollment, credential attainment, employment outcomes, and program persistence. Facilitate ongoing collaboration and communication with internal departments, faculty, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. Support the implementation of student assessments and wraparound services that enhance program retention and completion.

- Bachelor’s degree in workforce education, project management, organizational leadership, education administration, engineering technology, or related field; degree may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
- Three years in project or grant management, preferably in a community college or workforce development setting.
- One year managing complex projects with budget monitoring and reporting responsibilities.
- Project management experience and attention to detail.
- Organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate across departments and external partners.
- Ability to manage participant tracking systems and data related to credential attainment, work-based learning, and employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in videoconferencing platforms Zoom and/or Teams.
- Experience in managing or maintaining participant databases or CRM tools.
- Ability to travel to partner and employer sites in Northeastern Oklahoma.
- Three years of experience in federally funded grant management, including data tracking, industry partnership development, and compliance.
- Experience supporting or managing stackable credential programs, industry-aligned learning, or career pathways in STEM or automation-related fields.
- Experience with underserved or nontraditional student populations.
