Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries/requests/quotes
- Provide customer services including handling complaints or general assignment as defined by the department. Act as assistants to the sales staff.
- Communicate with internal and external sources to secure information.
- Data entry of shipments and process FTZ operations.
- Billing for all warehouse customers.
- Join meeting with customers, create meeting materials.
- Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct supervisor.
- Japanese bilingual preferred (writing and reading)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
- Process improvement
- Organized - ability to deal with multiple tasks and/or projects being handled simultaneously
- Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
