Seasonal Production Assistant

The Seasonal Production Assistant will provide support to all areas of production, including camera operation and setup, post-production, and logging.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Logging and managing media

- Producing, shooting, and editing community-based features

- Assist producers on shoots

- Assist editors with multi-camera footage syncing

- Produce and edit promotional elements and trailers for podcasts, features, and documentaries

- Assemble B-Roll packages to send to external media

- Publish video content to website and You Tube

- Fulfill internal video requests

- Produce and edit video highlights for Chargers coaches

- Ability to serve as a camera operator during Training Camp, Chargers gamedays, press conferences, and various organizational events

- Conceptualize and produce video content for all platforms

- Help reach department goals and maintain high-quality production of the department

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Understanding and proficiency in all facets of production

- Strong knowledge of how to build stories through video

Required Skills

- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Capable of working with others in high pressure situations

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

- Ability to shoulder mount a 30lb camera and shoot effectively

- Ability to work within strict deadlines

- Knowledge of and passion for the NFL

- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours
