This role focuses on understanding the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and driving project work that improves the organization’s bottom line through strategic, intentional methods of increasing Yield. The Business Analyst collaborates with business partners, performs root‑cause and data analyses, and owns initiatives from conception through implementation and post‑implementation review.
Responsibilities- Initiate and شديد drive work streams, creating and maintaining robust project plans, setting challenging goals, calculating impact on Yield, Bad Debt, and ROI, and delivering solution analysis.
- Monitor the team’s book of business outcomes via data analytics, trend analysis, and root‑cause analysis, then develop, pitch, or initiate process improvements that offer the greatest impact to the organization.
- Meet with project teams regularly to facilitate next steps through data‑driven findings and analytical support.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and impacted teams, providing high‑level updates and results on initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc data analytics and deep‑dive requests as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience (considering recent graduates with relevant project experience).
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in an autonomous work environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation.
- Strong communication skills.

- Technical familiarity (e.g., Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, machine learning, Python, SPSS, statistical modeling).
Base Pay Range: $74,880 – $94,000 per year.
