Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to visitors and callers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel.

- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls in a courteous manner.

- Provide concierge services, ensuring guests and employees receive necessary support.

- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area to uphold a positive image.

- Coordinate with team members to complete administrative tasks and support daily operations.

- Handle scheduling or appointment requests and communicate updates promptly.

- Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while managing front desk operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and task completion.

- Identify and address any issues affecting the reception area and resolve them efficiently. Requirements - Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals from various backgrounds.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.

- Familiarity with concierge services and customer support.

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required.

- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative tools.
