* About this Role:

** Consertus is seeking an
** Administrative Assistant II
** to provide administrative support to LAWA’s The Development Group (TDG) Cost Accounting Team. This role supports high-volume administrative activities including consultant timekeeping support, routing budget memos/requests, maintaining cost-related logs and lists, and managing shared electronic files and reporting.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide routine and non-routine administrative and clerical support in accordance with established procedures.
* Support consultant timekeeping services, including assisting/training new timekeeping application users.
* Prepare and route budgetary memos and requests.
* Update and maintain charge code lists, contract budget authorizations, and monthly expenditure data.
* Gather, review, and compile statistics and data into established reports for internal use.
* Scan documents and reports as needed; assist with report creation/revisions (spreadsheets, graphs, or narrative reports) as directed.
* Verify gathered data, including matching supplier invoices against file copies when required.
* Distribute reports as directed by supervisor.
* Draft correspondence and reports that do not require supervisor’s personal attention.
* Maintain general files and shared electronic filing systems.
* Answer phones, screen callers, take and relay messages, and route calls appropriately.
* Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
* Maintain an organized workspace and assist with general administrative support as needed.
* Contribute to team goals through productive collaboration with all stakeholders.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*** Minimum Qualifications
****** Required Experience
**** 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
* High school diploma (or equivalent)
* Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and bring assignments to completion with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic team environment.
* Self-starter and strong multi-tasker; accountable and dependable follow-through.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Demonstrated proficiency with Prolog, Windows, keyboarding, and general office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Working knowledge of TDG policies and procedures.

* * Full-time and exempt role*
* * Hybrid work arrangement.*
* * Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM –5:00 PM.*
* * This position offers a hybrid/telework schedule. Telework - Monday and Friday. Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.*
* * May assume other duties as required/needed.
*** Compensation Range:** $24.00 Hourly
