CDL DRIVER – WATER TRANSFER

Select Water Solutions is looking for a CDL Driver to safely operate a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds GVW. The driver will build loads, maintain a clean work environment, load and unload oilfield equipment, and ensure safe operations.

• Transport equipment to and from customer locations with medium‑duty flatbed trucks and semi tractors
• Perform load‑outs of equipment at the yard
• Repetitive heavy lifting
• Rig up and rig down entire jobs, including unloading and positioning equipment on location
• Maintain DOT electronic log and paper Bill of Ladings
• Perform vehicle maintenance and inspections on all company trucks
• Ensure compliance with all DOT requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to the company’s insurance guidelines
• Class A CDL and flat‑bed driving experience preferred
• Experience with strapping down loads, ensuring trailers are properly loaded by weight, width, and height
• Familiarity with lease roads
• Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and maintain high‑quality work standards

• Regular outdoor work in rain, extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts
• Exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet or humid conditions, vibration, dust
• Noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Prolonged sitting, standing, walking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
